Negative Equity Increasing

 This is on a national level, but still very distressing. Something however that we all need to be aware of. Most of these situations occurred due to poor financing decisions, including purchasing over budget, and minimal savings for unplanned circumstances. What is your plan?

History has shown that a percentage of those 2 million+ homes will enter the distressed property category as some families decide it no longer makes sense to pay their mortgage. Any increase in short sales or foreclosures will impact prices in an area.
