Madison the top city for young adults

Kiplinger.com this week released its top cities for Young Adults and Madison topped the list, just ahead of Austin, Texas.
The ranking is part of the web site's recent series on Best Cities for Every Life Stage, which also highlighted communities for Mid-Career Professionals, Families and Retirees.

The story on Best Cities for Young Adults said of Madison, "On a typical Saturday, you might browse the Dane County Farmers' Market, head down to Camp Randall Stadium to tailgate and watch Badgers football, or boat or fish in lakes Kegonsa, Mendota, Monona and Waubesa."

 There have been more and more reports showing that the housing market is beginning to recover. This has caused angst among some homeowners who are considering whether or not to sell their house in the next several months.
