Looking for a full service salon.  Then I highly recommend Texture Salon and Spa.  I have been going to Alicia Genthe, Owner for several years and she does an amazing job on hair design, color and nails.  I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a stylist.  Check out her salon at http://www.texturesalon.com

Madison Wisconsin Rental Information: Looking for a rental - call Sue Stark (608) 354-8107

Everyday I am asked about available rentals in Madison Wisconsin and the surrounding area.  Sometimes from my relocating clients and sometimes from my sellers that need to vacate a property quickly due to a short closing time frame.  Either way, I have created a resource that I believe will be very helpful.  To view current rentals available in the area check out my website at www.suestark.com and click on my favorite links.  I now have a section dedicated entirely to local area rentals.

Buyers Out In Record Numbers - Record Number of Showings in March

Real Estate showings are on the rise.  March 2012 was the third highest March since 2006, trailing 2010 by only 500 showings (keep in mind this time in 2010 was at the height of the tax credit).  If you are thinking of placing your home on the market the time is now.  Buyers are out in record numbers.  Call me today at (608) 354-8107
